In 1998, he accepted a hosting position at The Money Machine, a daily half hour program on the San Francisco-based network ZDTV, later renamed Tech TV.

In 2011 he was invited to speak at Le Web in Paris, a conference focused on blogging and the web world, organized by notable French entrepreneur and blogger Loïc Le Meur.
