2008–09 Oldham Athletic A.F.C. season

Oldham Athletic was originally scheduled to play their first pre-season friendly versus Belgian First Division side, Cercle Brugge, on 15 July 2008, but the game was cancelled due to disputes between the two clubs.

Lorenz Kindtner

After playing at the AIS and Sunshine George Cross, Kindtner played almost a decade in Belgium, playing for a number of teams including Club Brugge and Cercle Brugge.

Massimo Bruno
