Abraham González Casanova

He made his debut for the first team during the Copa del Rey tie against Benidorm CF (1–0 win) on 10 October 2008; in the last round of La Liga (30 May 2009), as Barça were already champions, he came on as a substitute for Xavi during the 1–1 draw at Deportivo de La Coruña.

Adán Gurdiel

On 18 October of the following year he made his first-team debut, coming on as a second-half substitute in a 1–1 away draw against SD Huesca for the campaign's Copa del Rey.

Adelardo Rodríguez

During his spell, the club won three La Liga titles (65–66, 69–70 and 72–73), five Copa del Reys (1960, 1961, 1965, 1972 and 1976), the 1962 European Cup Winners' Cup, the 1974 Intercontinental Cup.

Adrián Cuevas Algeciras

Antonio Benítez Fernández

From 1974–78, Biosca never featured in less than 30 league games for the Verdiblancos, winning the 1977 Copa del Rey but also suffering relegation the following year.

Antonio González Álvarez

After a loan to Barakaldo CF in the same region, in the second division, Orúe returned to Athletic to be an instrumental part of the sides that won one league and three Copa del Rey trophies in the 50's, including the double in the 1955–56 campaign, with the player contributing with 35 official games (one goal, in a 3–2 home win against Deportivo Alavés on 1 January 1956, his only as a professional).

Juan Antonio Larrañaga

In January 1980 he made his first-team debut in the Copa del Rey, against Navarre neighbours Peña Sport FC.

Juan Carlos Aguilera

He played for the Colchoneros until 1993, helping them to two consecutive Copa del Rey trophies (1991 and 1992).

Juan Carlos Arteche

In the 1984–85 campaign Arteche helped the Colchoneros to the second position in the league, only behind champions FC Barcelona, and the season's Copa del Rey; subsequently the club reached the final of the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, a 0–3 loss against FC Dynamo Kyiv.

Juan Carlos Real Ruiz

A product of local Deportivo de La Coruña's youth system, Juan Carlos made his official debut with the first team on 7 September 2011, playing the full 90 minutes in a 5–1 home win against Girona FC for the season's Copa del Rey.

He still returned strong for three more seasons, helping Real Sociedad to two consecutive Copa del Rey finals before retiring at 35, with a total of 414 appearances for the club (551 overall); after that, he remained apart from the football world.

Luis López Rekarte

After losing the 1988 domestic cup final to FC Barcelona, López Rekarte moved to the La Liga giants, alongside José Mari Bakero and Txiki Begiristain.

Forming a defensive quarter with legendary Alberto Górriz, Agustín Gajate and Juan Antonio Larrañaga, López Rekarte was an undisputed starter in a side that won the Copa del Rey in 1987, whilst in the following year they emerged runner-up in both domestic competitions.

Luis Milla

He was seriously injured in his first season, but bounced to back to be an important first-team element in the conquest of two leagues and one Spanish Cup, being fairly used even after the 1994 purchase of Fernando Redondo.

Miquel Soler

After two years with Real Zaragoza he was still able, at 33, to sign with RCD Mallorca, where he amassed a further 152 top flight appearances, winning another domestic cup and retiring at the end of the 2002–03 season, aged 38; he played in a total of 504 first division games, scoring 12 times.

Oier Olazábal

On 2 January 2008 Oier made his debut for the main squad, in the 2–2 home draw against CD Alcoyano for the season's Copa del Rey.

Paulo Teles

Teles made his official debut for the Galicians' first team on 17 August 2013, starting in a 2–2 draw against Córdoba CF for the season's Copa del Rey.

Pedro Martín

Pedro made his debut with the Colchoneros first team on 8 December 2011, replacing Pizzi midway through the second half of a 1–2 Copa del Rey defeat at Albacete Balompié (1–3 on aggregate).

In mid-November 2008, Sergio signed with CA Osasuna until the end of the top flight season, as the Navarrese lost Rovérsio for its duration due to a serious knee injury in a Spanish Cup contest against Getafe CF.

Tomás Hernández

In his first two seasons, the Catalonia club won the league, the Copa del Rey and the Copa Eva Duarte, with the player being instrumental in the 1952–53 league conquest – 22 goals in just 30 matches, only trailing legendary Telmo Zarra in the Pichichi Trophy race.

Tonono

On 31 May 1975 he appeared in his last match for Las Palmas, a Copa del Rey contest against CD Málaga, contracting a viral infection shortly after and dying on 9 June at only 31 years of age in Las Palmas.

However, Solana would be most known for his spell at Real Zaragoza, where he would add one Spanish Cup to his cabinet as well as the memorable 1994–95 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup against Arsenal, appearing in more than 300 overall official matches for the Aragonese.

José Carrette de Julián

Whilst at Valencia the club won the 1979 Copa del Rey, and Carrete was then a member of the successful Valencia side that won the 1980 European Cup Winners' Cup Final against Arsenal.
