The Plan B company was formed as part of the Dwindle Distribution company, at that time overseen by Steve Rocco and Rodney Mullen, and, like Way, Ternasky was also formerly with H-Street, where he co-managed the company with Tony Magnusson.
It consists of several popular skateboarders, such as Rick McCrank, Arto Saari, Kerry Getz, and Danny Way.
Danny Way thought up the now common "MegaRamp" setup, a specific type of giant ramp arrangement consisting of the roll-in ramp, the gap jumps, and the final quarter pipe ramp.
In March 2005, Plan B was resurrected by team member and part-owner, Danny Way.
