Des Warren (10 October 1937 – 24 April 2004) was a British construction worker, trade union activist and – with Ricky Tomlinson – one of the 'Shrewsbury Two' imprisoned for 'conspiracy to intimidate' whilst picketing in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, during 1972.

The longest sentences were given to Ricky Tomlinson, a plasterer and TGWU strike leader, and Des Warren, a steel fixer and leading lay official of UCATT, who became known as the "Shrewsbury Two".
