The Ecole d'Humanité is a progressive international boarding school located in Hasliberg Goldern, Switzerland, in the Berner Oberland.

She studied architecture at the École d'architecture Paris-Tolbiac, under Roland Schweizer, the French specialist in wooden buildings, and Marion Tournon-Branly.
The school was created in 1998 and designed by architect Bernard Tschumi.

In 1987, "L'Humanite" sent Besson to Brazzaville to attend a congress of writers against the South African apartheid.
