As head coach of the junior national team of Yugoslavia (players born in 1970), Vujošević won the 1988 European Under-18 Championship in Titov Vrbas and Srbobran.
Alternating between France and Italy, the next four championships were held in Biarritz, Treviso again, Toulon and once more in Treviso in 2010.

The following two championships, held in Lille, France in 2005 and again in Treviso in 2006, were won by England.
Since 2004, the team also takes part in the annual European Under-18 Rugby Union Championship, winning the title in this competition in 2011.
In a one-and-half-month period in the summer of 2004, Moreira represented Portugal at the European Under-21 Championship in Germany and acted as backup at Euro 2004, before a trip to Athens for the Summer Olympics, where he started.
While a youngster with Benfica, he represented his country at under-16 level, and was first-choice goalkeeper at the European under-17 championship finals, at which Portugal's under-17s beat England 3–2 on penalties to win the third-place play-off; Janota saved the decisive penalty.
He also worked as a youth coach for the Turkey national youth football team, collecting a European under-18 championship medal in 1992.
