It was founded in 1952 and became BSV Villach Juniors and moved to Villach in 2003 as a joint-venture with FC Kärnten.
Now joined to the Academy from FC Kärnten than in the year 1998 was promoted from Head Coach August Starek and played his first games in the Erste Liga.
Kordula started his career in Ratíškovice, and eventually was transferred to FK Jablonec 97, where he played for seven seasons before moving to Austria to play for FC Kärnten.
He then joined Sturm Graz and rejoined SV Ried before finishing his career at FC Kärnten in 2007 after 325 games and 101 goals, aged only 32 years.
