The principal burial place of the Dukes and Duchesses of Beaufort is St Michael and All Angels Church, Badminton.
He also appears in Le Roi Soleil, a French musical which opened in Paris in 2005 where he was played by Merwan Rim.

Again he sought support from local landowners, including Lord Jersey, Lord Dynevor and the Duke of Beaufort, but again none was forthcoming.
