Worrod is credited with recording songs of international status, such as Malaika (Fadhili William), Helule Helule (which later caught the interest of the British pop band, The Tremeloes), and the Kenyan-nationalised anthem-like Harambee.
Its notable that Felix failed to raise the required money to pursue his dream of being a journalist and the only option that remained was to hold an Harambee to be able to join either University of Nairobi or Mount Kenya University.

75,000 through the Harambee held in April 2011, Felix gave up the idea of joining the University of Nairobi but instead enrolled for Diploma in the same field in Mount Kenya University Thika Campus.
