In 2003 Giemont was hired as strength coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, rejoining head coach Jon Gruden, under whom Giemont had coached in Oakland.
In 2002, Dominik was in the organization when Jon Gruden guided the Buccaneers to their first world championship, in their Super Bowl XXXVII victory over the Oakland Raiders.
