Contemporaries, between critics and writers as William Ospina (winner of Prize Romulo Gallegos 2008), Juan Gustavo Cobo-Borda and José Ramón Ripoll, agree that Fernando Denis is one of today's most original voices in the poetry of Latin America.
José de la Borda (Joseph de Laborde in French; c. 1700 – May 30, 1778) was a French/Spaniard who migrated to New Spain in the 18th century, amassing a great fortune in mines in Taxco and Zacatecas in Mexico.
Borda arrived in New Delhi on 22 June of the same year; on 27 June he met with Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru in an official ceremony, and the next month on 7 July Borda presented his letter of credence to President Rajendra Prasad at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Prior to Milblogging, Borda ran a military blog from Afghanistan while deployed with the Army National Guard during Operation Enduring Freedom.
In September 2013, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan allotted 180 hectares of land to set up the NTRO at Borda village near Bhopal.
Josef de Mendoza y Ríos redesigned Borda's reflecting circle (London, 1801).
