On 15 October, Orkhan Zeynalov, an Azerbaijani citizen, was arrested as a suspect for killing Egor Shcherbakov in Kolomna, not far from Moscow.
It was developed by the Special Mortar Design Bureau (SKB Gladkostvolnoi artillerii) in Kolomna who were also responsible for the AT-3 Sagger.
There is also a joint venture with Transmashholding, called MTU Transmashholding Diesel Technologies; it will produce MTU 4000-series engines at a factory near Kolomna in Russia.

Along with these, stage versions of classic literature (“The Overcoat” by N.V.Gogol, “The little house in Kolomna”, “The Tale of the Priest and of His Workman Balda” by A.S.Pushkin, “The Grand Inquisitor” by F.M.Dostoyevski, “The Mask”, “Pharmacist” by Chekhov and others) were included into its repertoire.
