On 2 January 1930, the company took possession of an abandoned auto showroom garage in Baldwin, New York that had once been the Cox-Klemin Aircraft Co. factory.

As the company expanded, it moved to bigger quarters – to Valley Stream in 1931, Farmingdale in 1932, and finally Bethpage in 1937.
