Matthew Harvey (1781–1866), American lawyer, jurist and politician
He represented New Hampshire in the United States House of Representatives from 1821 to 1825, during the Seventeenth U.S. Congress and the Eighteenth U.S. Congress.
In 1830 he made an unsuccessful bid for the office of Governor of the State of New Hampshire, running on the Republican Party ticket and losing to Matthew Harvey.
