Wit & Wisdom, a tavern by Michael Mina, is the hotel’s signature restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
He was the founding chef at the famous Aqua Restaurant in San Francisco, and famous chef, Michael Mina, was his protégé.
After working in Los Angeles at the Bel Air Hotel with Executive Chef George Morrone, Mina followed Morrone to San Francisco to help create Aqua.
