He promoted the work of the projects in various ways, including at the Architecture Biennial of 1980 at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, an artist exchange with the lower class neighborhood of La Saulaie in Oullins, France in the 1980s and from 1985 to 1986, he had examples of the work on display at the Museo de Arte Moderno in Mexico City.
Coghlin’s work can be found in the collections of the Museo de Arte Moderno, the Museo de Arte in Sinaloa, Mitchel Museum in Mount Vernon, Illinois, the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, Alfredo Guati Rojo National Watercolor Museum and various universities as well as in private collections in Mexico, the United States, Canada, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Scotland and Chile.
His work can be found in the collections of the Museo de Arte in Havana, the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo in Managua, Nicaragua, the Modern Art Museum in Reijkiavik and the Museo de Arte Moderno in Mexico City.
Together with Ramírez Vázquez he also designed the Estadio Azteca in 1962, and the Museo de Arte Moderno in 1964.
She's had more than 40 individual exhibitions and has also taken part in more than 160 collective shows in several cities across Mexico, and around the world, in museums such as Museo de Arte Moderno in Mexico City, Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey (MARCO) and The Louvre in Paris.
