NYC Arts, stylized as NYC-ARTS and formerly called Sunday Arts and SundayArts Primetime, is a program dedicated to promoting cultural groups, activities and events in the New York tri-state area produced by WNET and airs on its group of stations New York's Thirteen/ WNET, Long Island's WLIW 21 and New Jersey's NJTV.

The NYC Arts Cypher is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2006 by Charlie Balducci with the intention of creating a safe place for the youth of New York City to express themselves and detour them from crime.
