Natya Yoga, first practiced by Narada, a divine sage from the Vaisnava tradition of Hinduism

Narada was born Toe Kywe at 4 am on the 31st January 1931 (the 14th Waxing of Tabodwe 1292 ME) to parents U Tun Myat and Daw Saw Myaing in Ywa-kyat village (now Shwedwingon village) in Ayadaw Township (previously Tabayin Township), Sagaing Region.
On 2 November 1960 Narada Maha Thera brought a bodhi tree to the South Vietnamese temple Thích Ca Phật Đài, and made many visits to the country during the 1960s.
In 1997 (see 1997 in music), along with its affiliated companies, Narada was purchased by EMI and put under the aegis of Virgin Records.

Upon witnessing this act a couplet broke forth Sage Narada "Enna Thavam Saidhanai, Yashoda" which in Tamil literally means: "What penance have You (Mother Yashoda) undertaken to be bestowed with the powers to punish the supreme (Narayana)".
