The album features a return by Oleta Adams, who had worked and toured extensively with the band for The Seeds of Love album, and here duets with Orzabal on the track "Me and My Big Ideas".

Like the first contest, this one was held in Amsterdam, and the host country the Netherlands won the show with Edsilia Rombley imitating Oleta Adams.
In addition to co-producing most of Tears for Fears' records, Orzabal also co-produced Oleta Adams' successful album Circle of One (1990) along with Dave Bascombe, following on from Adams' collaboration on the 1989 Tears for Fears album The Seeds of Love.
The video, directed by Andy Morahan, was filmed in black and white and focuses on the abusive relationship between a man (a boxer) and a woman (a pole-dancer, played by Angela Alvarado) and is interspersed with shots of the band and guest vocalist Oleta Adams performing the song.
