Due to the relative success of the album, the band began touring as opening acts for Velvet Revolver, Papa Roach, and Finger Eleven.
In recent years it has been headlined by acts such as Alice In Chains in 2008, Sevendust in 2009, Three Days Grace in 2010 and Papa Roach in 2011.
When Papa Roach drummer Dave Buckner was sent to rehab in 2007, the band asked Tony Palermo if he would be willing to play drums for the band live.

While in Unwritten Law, he was asked to be a touring drummer for Papa Roach before becoming a full-time member.
Making music and performing since he was 13 years old, he has graced the stage with some of the world biggest and best artists like Ozzy Osbourne, Tool, De La Soul, Blink 182, Marilyn Manson, Public Enemy, Sum 41, Jurassic 5, Tech N9ne, Gym Class Heroes, AFI, Linkin Park, Good Charlotte, E-40 and Papa Roach to name a few.

In support of the new record, Day of Fire toured with Cold, Nonpoint, Edisun, 16 Second Stare, Sevendust, Papa Roach, Saving Abel, and Hail the Villain, and played several festival dates with likes of Thousand Foot Krutch, Pop Evil, We the Kings, After Midnight Project, and Trapt.
Although this version of the music video never aired, it led to a cameo in the Papa Roach video "...To Be Loved", also directed by Kerslake.
Approximately 15,000 attended the show, which included the show's headliner Alice In Chains, along with Bush, Volbeat, Halestorm, Killswitch Engage, Papa Roach, All That Remains, Device featuring Disturbed frontman David Draiman, Sick Puppies, Thousand Foot Krutch, Young Guns, Asking Alexandria, Bloodnstuff and Fatal Addiction.
Although heavily promoted by PepsiCo, including advertisements by the pop singer Britney Spears and the bands Sev and Papa Roach, as well as in the movies The Italian Job and Garfield: The Movie, it is widely seen as a commercial flop as sales remained low.
In 2012 Rossi teamed up with former Evanescence co-founder/lead guitarist Ben Moody and former Papa Roach drummer Dave Buckner to form a new project called The Halo Method.
Sections of this video were used in the Papa Roach version of the Pepsi Blue television advertisements in 2002.
