Kevin C. McCann (October 12, 1904 – February 21, 1981) was a biographer of Dwight D. Eisenhower and he served as president of Defiance College in Defiance, Ohio.
McCann was born and raised in Peterborough, Ontario where he attended Trent University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with a major in English literature.

After a period of industrial practice, he continued his studies at the University of Toronto, obtaining the MASc in 1958, and then at McGill University (Montreal), where he was awarded the PhD in Electrical Engineering, in 1964.
