In 1999 he founded the so called "Double-Quintet" and in 2003 his famous "Five-Four-Sextet", with, to name a few, Eric Vloeimans, Ilja Reijngoud, Jasper Blom, Paul van Kemenade and Niko Langenhuijsen.
