Lew Yih Wey (born June 27, 1991 in Port Dickson) is a Malaysian swimmer, who specialized in long-distance freestyle, backstroke, and individual medley events.
He has worked most of his life as a teacher, and served as the headmaster of Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan, in Port Dickson.

His remains were cremated at the Hindu crematorium in Cheras and the ashes were taken to Port Dickson to be scattered in the sea according to Hindu rites.
The school was temporarily located in Sekolah Kebangsaan Kampung Gelam because the existing schools was being repaired because Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Port Dickson was used as the headquarters for the Japanese Shipbuilding during the war.
