Since there was no Award in India to honour the top performing Indian Parliamentarians, the Prime Point Foundation jointly with the ezine PR-e-Sense decided to honour such top performing Lok Sabha Members, based on their participation in debates, raising questions, introducing Private Members Bills and Attendance.
