The Uxbridge Passenger Depot was built in 1895 by the Providence and Worcester Railroad on the site of its previous station.

Just north of the city line, Route 152 crosses over the Providence and Worcester Railroad, which carries the Amtrak Northeast Corridor, and passes to the east of the Hebronville Mill Historic District.
