Since then, Day has been heard on many commercial stations throughout the UK including Manchester's Piccadilly Radio, Birmingham's BRMB, Radio West in Bristol, Invicta Radio/Invicta Supergold in Kent, Pirate FM in Cornwall, Jazz FM in London, County Sound in Surrey, Amber Radio in Suffolk and Fusion 107.3 in London.


Pirate FM

The station was launched in 1992 under the name of Pirate FM 102 with the voice of breakfast presenter Roger Day (a well-known ex-pirate DJ from Radio Caroline and Radio North Sea International).

Saga 105.7 FM

These included Les Ross (who made his name locally with a long running breakfast show on BRMB), David Hamilton, Tony Brandon, Mike Wyer, Tony Lyman, John Darvall, Mick Wright, Jeff Harris, Roger Day, Andy Holmes, Mike Baker, Mike Hollis, Andy Marriott, Bev Bevan, Tom Clarke-Hill, Pete Johnson, Adrian Jackson, Chris Rolinson and Sheila Tracy.

Steve Cherelle

After the death of Dave Street in 2004, Cherelle also became the presenter of the country hour on the evening program on BBC South, now heard on Wednesday nights with host Roger Day.
