Eugene O'Mahoney ( 1899 Dublin - 21 June 1951 Dublin ) was an Irish museum curator and entomologist who worked on Coleoptera, Mallophaga and Siphonaptera.
In 1893 he began work at the Walter Rothschild's Museum at Tring, specialising in Coleoptera, Lepidoptera and Siphonaptera.
Ecto- and endoparasites have been reported to include trematodes, cestodes, nematodes, acanthocephalans, lice (Anoplura), fleas (Siphonaptera), Diptera, and ticks and mites (Acari).
