The Sound of the Rockies (SOR) is an a Capella men's chorus based in greater Denver, Colorado.
In July 2009, they returned to the International stage in Anaheim and placed an impressive 3rd, earning yet another bronze medal by edging out perennial medalist Sound of the Rockies from Denver by a narrow margin.
After winning an 8th consecutive district championship in Cheyenne, Wyoming in October 2009, the chorus qualified for the 2010 International chorus contest in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
