The station is served by the Tobu Skytree Line from Asakusa Station in Tokyo to Tōbu-Dōbutsu-Kōen in Saitama Prefecture.
Tōbu-Dōbutsu-Kōen Station, named after the zoo, is the main stop and in the heart of Miyashiro.

Seibu, written with the characters for "West" and "Musashi (province)" 西武, is on the east end of the station and Tōbu, written with the characters for "East" and "Musashi" 東武, is on the west end.
