Barech

Barech was the son of Sharakhbun (Sharafuddin), whose other sons were Tareen, Shirani, Miana and Urmur.

Bostan Khan

Bostan Khan (died 1825),was a warrior of the Tareen (or Tarin) tribe settled in the Haripur, Hazara region of what was to later become the North-West Frontier Province (now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), who was executed for 'rebellion' by the Sikh administrators of the region at that time.

History of Bareilly

Originally, some 20,000 soldiers from various Pashtun Tribes ( Yusafzais, Ghoris, Lodis, Ghilzai, Barech, Marwat, Durrani, Tanoli, Tarin, Kakar, Khattak, Afridi and Baqarzai ) were hired by Mughals to provide soldiers to the Mughal armies and this was appreciated by Aurangzeb Alamgir, an additional force of 25,000 men was given respected positions in Mughal Army.

Omer Tarin

Tarin was born in 1966 to the Tarin (or Tareen) family, or clan, of the Hazara region of the North-West Frontier (now Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), while his father was posted as a senior civil servant and administrator in Peshawar.
