Johann Nelböck, also Hans Nelböck (May 12, 1903 – February 3, 1954) was an Austrian former student and murderer of Moritz Schlick, who was the founder of the group of philosophers and scientists known as the Vienna Circle.
This view is in direct conflict with the longstanding, if somewhat old-fashioned, interpretation of the Tractatus advocated by the logical positivists associated with the Vienna Circle.
