The township is served by Route 12 (Warren Street Bypass,) Route 61 (Pottsville Pike,) and U.S. 222 Business (5th Street Highway.) 61 and Business 222 are north-to-south thoroughfares that meet U.S. Highway 222 (Outer Bypass) in Tuckerton and Maidencreek Township north of Temple, respectively.
PA 12 continues eastward as a local road towards Pennsylvania Route 662 in the Ruscombmanor Township community of Pricetown.

Route 12 has its eastern terminus in the village on Route 73 and follows Pricetown Road into the north side of Reading, where it becomes the Warren Street Bypass.
