Between 1982 and 1987 Galaydh was a fellow at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs and a fellow for Middle Eastern Studies at Harvard University.
Galula resigned his commission in 1962 to study in the United States, where he obtained a position of research associate at the Center for International Affairs of Harvard University.
During the 2003-04 academic years, he was a recipient of an Abe Fellowship, which he held at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University.

The camp uses a curriculum designed by Harvard University Law School's Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program as well as a dignity model developed at the Harvard University Weatherhead Center for International Affairs.
