KAKW-DT

The station first signed on the air on May 31, 1996 as a primary affiliate of UPN and a secondary affiliate of The WB for the Waco/Killeen/Temple market; the station was originally owned by Communications Corporation of America, along with Waco-based Fox affiliate KWKT (channel 22) and the station's Bryan-based satellite KYLE (channel 48).

KJRH-TV

For many years, KJRH had operated three low-powered translator stations, which all operated on VHF channel 4: K04DW in Independence, Kansas, K04EJ in Coffeyville, Kansas and K04DY in Tahlequah, Oklahoma (K04DY is now owned and operated by Northeastern State University in Tahlequah for use of the campus television station).

KTVW-DT

In addition, KUVE-DT (UHF channel 46) in Green Valley and KUVE-CA (channel 38) in Tucson operate as satellite stations of KTVW-DT, rebroadcasting KTVW's entire schedule with the exception of a three-hour overnight segment on Monday mornings, in which the Tucson stations broadcast locally produced programming in accordance with KUVE-CA's Class A license.

WCRF-FM

WCRF-FM extends its signal by using two translators, each of which is separately owned, and four full-power repeaters: W210AR/Cochranton (89.9 FM), W221AR/Coshocton (92.1 FM), WVME/Meadville (91.9 FM), WVML/Millersburg (90.5 FM), WVMN/New Castle (90.1 FM), and WVMS/Sandusky (89.5 FM).

WFXQ-CD

Owned by the LIN Media, WFXQ is sister to NBC affiliate WWLP who it serves as a full-time repeater of, and the two share studios at Broadcast Center in the Sandy Hill section of Chicopee next to the I-391/MA 116 interchange.

WKSU-FM

WKSU-FM also extends its signal by using two translators and four full-power repeaters: DW204AJ/Wooster (88.7 FM), W239AZ/Ashland (95.7 FM), WKSV/Thompson (89.1 FM), WKRW/Wooster (89.3 FM), WNRK/Norwalk (90.7 FM), and WKRJ/New Philadelphia (91.5 FM).

WLXI

From 1993 to 2009, WLXI's signal was relayed on low-power translator station W18BG (channel 18, now WMDV-LD) in Danville, Virginia.

WPCB-TV

WPCB-TV programming is also seen on satellite station WKBS-TV (UHF digital channel 46) in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

WTJP-TV

The station's signal is relayed on low-power translator station, W51BY (channel 51) in Jasper.
