Highlights include an 18-space parking area, four pedestrian bridges that cross Mouse Creek, five underpasses (Raider Drive, Keith Street, 25th Street, 20th Street, and 17th Street), and a connection to the Prayer Walk Plaza at the Church of God International Offices.
25th Street would not be truncated, but rather continue in length connecting Idylwyld Drive and the University Bridge or 25th Street Bridge.
In 2010 The city of Saskatoon drew plans to extend 25th street to Idylwyld Drive and this is to be the location for the new police station.
