ADC Airlines was a Nigerian airline owned by Aviation Development Company plc and headquartered in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria.
After the ADC Airlines Flight 53 crash in October 2006, President of Nigeria Olusegun Obasanjo, faced with pressure to remove Borishade, transferred him to another department.
