Give Up the Ghost came back into the headlines in 2007 under accusations that Fall Out Boy had taken lyrics from Wes Eisold, the band's lyricist, resulting in an out-of-court settlement and a credit in the liner notes of both the multi-platinum selling From Under the Cork Tree and Infinity on High.

Give Up the Ghost was formed when Tim Cossar and Wesley Eisold (who was then a roadie for Ten Yard Fight) met up with Azy Relph and Jesse Van Diest in 1998.

In addition to hosting national bands (such as Botch, Fall Out Boy, Give Up the Ghost), a wide variety of local Tucson artists and small bands have played nearly nightly since its inception.
After touring the country with a list of local and international bands such as Give up the Ghost, The Hope Conspiracy, Miles Away and Parkway Drive Keighran decided to leave the band when offered a position as bass player for Queensland band The Scare.
XO Skeletons is an electronic/hardcore/punk group from Waterbury, Connecticut, featuring well-known Boston hardcore legend Wesley Eisold from bands such as American Nightmare and Cold Cave.
