With production from Torsten Otto and Gordon Raphael (The Strokes, Wildhearts) and mixing by Michael Ilbert (The Hives, The Cardigans, Hellacopters), the band delivers a sound familiar to the American and British indie scene currently dominating radio and music television.
Their next single was the self-produced 'Red And Black' (with a Gordon Raphael-produced b-side 'Hit The Floor') released on November 10, 2003.

'Massachusetts Murder Medallions' (once again produced by Gordon Raphael) was released on May 10, 2004.
Those sessions were ultimately scrapped and the band returned to their original producer, Gordon Raphael.
In summer 2008, The Mondrians recorded their first album in Spain with producer Gordon Raphael.
Following a trip to Dublin, Gordon Raphael recorded their single, "Apollo" (plus its B-side, "Let It Turn Inside Itself"), which was released in November 2005.
The Tempers are currently working on new material with Producer Gordon Raphael (The Strokes, Regina Spektor).
