Hantzsch pyrrole synthesis, the chemical reaction of β-ketoesters with ammonia and α-haloketones to give substituted pyrroles
A library of substituted pyrrole analogs can be quickly produced by using continuous flow chemistry (reaction times of around 8 min.).
