The album was re-released in 1974 with a different cover, it shows Farnham performing live on stage, whereas the initial 1968 release had him leaning against a Holden Monaro (see infobox at right).

The last Holden Monaro-badged coupe was purchased by Emerald, Queensland businessman Darryl Mattingley for A$187,355.55— around three times the normal retail price, on 19 February 2006.

Garth Tander, Steven Richards, Cameron McConville and Nathan Pretty drove the car to a debut win in the 2002 Bathurst 24 Hour, while James Brock, son of legendary driver Peter Brock, drove the third and last 427 Monaro built by GRM to victory in the final race of the 2004 Nations Cup at the Mallala Circuit in South Australia.

In January 1970, Bond and Roberts would win the Rothmans 12 Hour Series Production race at Surfers Paradise driving their HDT Holden Monaro.

Out of that win Pretty gained a full-time drive in 2003 in the 24 Hour Holden Monaro in the Australian Nations Cup Championship.


Yasuyuki Kazama

Kazama is also known in the United Kingdom for his only mainstream TV appearance outside Japan in the BBC2 show, Top Gear which he teaches Richard Hammond drifting in a stock Vauxhall Monaro VX-R.
