Eutelsat 16B

Launched in 1998 as Hot Bird 2, under Eutelsat's Hot Bird brand, the satellite was positioned in geostationary orbit at a longitude of 13 degrees east, colocated with the rest of the Hot Bird constellation.

Eutelsat 8 West C

The satellite was part of Eutelsat's Hot Bird constellation at a longitude of 13 degrees east, until it was relocated to 8 degrees east between July and August 2013.

Hot Bird 3 was launched by Ariane 44LP in 02 sep 1997 and intended to be moved to 10°E to become Eurobird 10.

Hot Bird 4 was launched by Ariane 42P in 27 Feb 1998 and redeployed to 7°W in July 2006, becoming Atlantic Bird 4 / Nilesat 103

Operated by Eutelsat, it provides direct to home broadcasting services from geostationary orbit as part of Eutelsat's Hot Bird Hot Bird constellation at a longitude of 13 degrees east.

DVB-S MPEG 2: Hot Bird 6 (12597 MHz, Vertical, 3/4, VPID 2000, APID 2002/2001) Encrypted (Cryptoworks and Conax).

The channel currently broadcasts in DVB-S on Hot Bird 6, encrypted in Cryptoworks and Conax (except some programmes) and broadcasts programs of NHK, Fuji TV, TV Tokyo and other main Japanese broadcasters.

Nilesat 101

Nilesat and Eutelsat have agreed in September 2005 to lease capacity on Eutelsat’s Hot Bird 4 satellite after relocating it to 7° West and renaming it to Nilesat 103, the satellite is scheduled to be repositioned to this location in second quarter 2006 after the launch and entry into service of Eutelsat’s Hot Bird 7A and Hot Bird 8 satellites.
