Bayou Sauvage National Wildlife Refuge

Three interchanges with I-10 were constructed to accommodate the development; two of the three were never used and appear as "ghost exits" to contemporary motorists.

Buckeye, Arizona

Major roadways serving the city include Interstate 10, State Route 85, Maricopa County Route 85 and the Sun Valley Parkway.

Canutillo High School

In 2003 a bond was passed to build the new High school along Interstate 10 next to the campus of the El Paso Community College.

Colorado River Indian Reservation

In 2005, the reservation began proposing a new hotel and casino near Blythe, citing the location along the river and Interstate 10, with the help of the governments of that city and the state of California.

Flatonia, Texas

Loxley, Alabama

Loxley is becoming a popular location for the expansion of the suburbs from Daphne and Spanish Fort, Alabama, because it is served by an Interstate 10 exit and is almost directly in between the large cities of Mobile, Alabama, and Pensacola, Florida.

Interstate 10 passes through the northern end of town, with access via Exit 44 (Alabama State Route 59).

Arizona State Route 143

The design portrayed the new parkway leaving Interstate 10 north along 48th Street corridor, then angling across the Salt River to reach 44th Street where it was planned to end at Washington St. When it opened in 1978, it included the vital eastern access to Sky Harbor Airport, replacing the old 40th Street entrance that was eliminated when 40th Street was demolished to make way for a new airport terminal and runway expansions.

Arizona State Route 87

It becomes a state route when it crosses the reservation boundary line and it ends at Interstate 10 exit 211, just south of Eloy, Arizona in the unincorporated town of Picacho.

Dixon, New Orleans

A subdistrict of the Uptown/Carrollton Area, its boundaries as defined by the City Planning Commission are: Interstate 10 to the northeast, South Carrollton Avenue to the southeast, Palmetto Street to the southwest and Cherry, Dixon, Mistletoe, Peach, Hamilton, Quince and Last Streets to the northwest.
