KVPA-LD

Owned by Liberman Broadcasting of Burbank, California, the station is an owned-and-operated affiliate of the Spanish-language network Estrella TV.

On August 18, 2008, the former owners of LAT TV announced that KVPA-LP would be sold to Liberman Broadcasting, a company that specializes in Spanish-language television and radio, for $1.25 million.

KXAP-LD

On July 19, 2010, KXAP-LD affiliated with Liberman Broadcasting's Spanish-language broadcast network Estrella TV.

Liberman Broadcasting

On May 21, 2007, Liberman has announced that it would expand to Utah with a $10 Million purchase of former UPN station KPNZ from Utah Communications, LLC.
