In October of the same year Monte Conner, a friend of Krgin, and a Roadrunner Records artist and repertoire approached Krgin with the idea of having the site hosted on the Roadrunner servers.
In the 2005 re-release liner notes, Monte Conner notes Richardson's focus on the guitars at the expense of the electronics, and suggests that this is the reason for the rejection of Richardson's mix.
He co-produced and funded the recording of the Hypothermia demo which caught the attention of Monte Conner and Roadrunner Records and landed them a record deal.
