Her works had many different illustrators, including the renowned artists John Butler Yeats (The Turf-Cutter's Donkey) and Sean Keating (The Grey Goose of Kilnevin).
Following his graduation from Ruskin, Fox married children's author Patricia Lynch and they spent time in London, Paris, Brussels, and Germany before eventually settling in Dublin.
