With Ford, Leeflang toured all over Europe and the US throughout the summer and fall of 2009, including performances at prestigious events such as the Bang Your Head!!! festival in Balingen, Germany, the Gods of Metal festival in Milan, Italy, and the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, SD.
It was recorded at the Buffalo Chip Campground in Sturgis, South Dakota, on August 12, 1999, during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally except for the last track, which is a new studio recording from the same year.
They meet a middle-aged motorcycle couple who are in the middle of a reconciliation, named Lumpy (David Herman) and Pepperoni Sue (Jennifer Aniston), who encourage them to go to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
Annual television coverage of the festival by the VH1 Classic network includes interviews and performances as well as rock music videos.
