The Challenge: Fresh Meat II, the nineteenth season of the MTV reality television game show, The Challenge, and the sequel to Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat
Filmed in Prague, Czech Republic, Cutthroat features a first-ever three-team format, with cast members from The Real World, Road Rules, Fresh Meat, Fresh Meat II and Spring Break Challenge all competing.

The season used former cast members from MTV's The Real World, Fresh Meat, Fresh Meat II and the Spring Break Challenge.

Each team will consist of players who will be paired with their "worst enemies," whom they have engaged in bitter feuds, fights and rivalries with in previous Real World and/or Challenge seasons.
