Todd Brunson

He is known for having won over $13.5 million in a two-day span in a heads-up, $50,000-$100,000 limit hold-em game, as chronicled in the 2005 book, The Professor, the Banker, and the Suicide King.

In 2009, Todd made a guest appearance on one of the final episodes of the series Stargate Atlantis (#519 "Vegas"), during a poker game set in Las Vegas.

Todd Brunson also contributed to his father's book, Super System 2 (the 2005 sequel to Doyle Brunson's poker book Super/System), writing the Seven Card Stud High Low Eight or Better section.

At the World Series of Poker he has had a 4th place finish in the 2001 $3,000 No Limit Hold-Em event (which also featured Johnny Chan and Kathy Liebert; and a 5th place finish in the 2005 $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha event (which also featured Todd Brunson, Barry Greenstein (who lost a critical pot to Simon, and then complained about it in his blog.), Erik Seidel and Julian "The Kid" Gardner.
