'Adam Fratto is a veteran television and film professional who is developing and producing scripted television for Pukeko Pictures, the production company affiliated with New Zealand's famed Weta Workshop (The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, Avatar, District 9).
He also wrote copy for Weta's first book 'The World of Kong: A Natural History of Skull Island' showcasing the illustrative work of the entire design department at Weta Workshop.
A real working replica of which was created by special effects company Weta Workshop for a series of shorts by director Neill Blomkamp.
He is well known for his children’s book Jane and the Dragon (1988), which has since been adapted for television and produced by Weta Workshop.
Weta Digital will create the film's visual effects, with design by Weta Workshop Design Dept.
This series is colored by the Weta Workshop Design Team, known previously for their film work on The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, King Kong, and The Chronicles of Narnia.
